Why one contractor

Every late day is a lost trading day.

A retail renovation that runs over schedule costs you trading days. A fitout done poorly loses you customers before they walk through the door. We build retail spaces that look right, work properly, and get handed over on the agreed date.

Shopfront upgrade, full internal refit or a display reconfiguration: we manage all trades under one contract and work around your hours.

Questions

Retail questions.

How long does a retail renovation or shopfit take?

A standard shopfit runs 2 to 5 weeks depending on scope. Larger store renovations with structural changes take longer. We give a firm programme at quote stage.

Can you work after hours so we can keep trading?

Yes. After-hours and weekend delivery is standard for us in occupied retail spaces. The schedule is agreed upfront and held to.

Do you do shopfronts and signage structures?

Yes. Shopfront construction, aluminium framing, glazing and structural signage support are all in scope.

Are you CIDB-registered for retail work?

Yes. CIDB Grade 2CE and 2GB, CRS number 10262268.

Do you work outside KZN for national retailers?

Primarily KwaZulu-Natal, but we consider national retail projects case by case. Contact us to discuss your scope and locations.
