01 · Client challenge
The pavement area was overgrown with weeds, cost money to maintain, risked scratching vehicles, and retained water.
02 · What we did
Excavated to 200mm depth, 1m width and 80m length. Removed the weeds, applied herbicide, compacted the soil, installed SABS-approved DPC plastic, added crusher and graded the area to improve drainage.
03 · Outcome
A stable, waterproof pavement foundation with no future weed growth and better water management.
